(July 1, 2004 – June 30, 2005)

• We served over 80,872 meals to approximately 685 individuals (who live either at the Center or in the surrounding community).

• 50 clients moved from the Center into independence housing opportunities.

• 24,091 Bednights last year.

• Our Mental Health Clinician saw 835 individuals in need of mental health assessments and follow-up.

• Our Nurses  saw 1,476 individuals at our on-site Medical Clinic.
