Services are provided/available on a daily basis

Growing into a multi-service agency has taken collaboration with many other non-profit agencies in the city.  We have partnerships and affiliations with Lowell Community Health Center, the Lowell House, Tri-City Mental Health, the Department of Mental Health, the Merrimack Valley Food Bank, the Boston Food Bank, the Department of Transitional Assistance, the Lowell Adult Education Center, etc.  Our intensive supportive services include:

 

 

 

  • Two full-time Case Managers who develop Individualized Service Plans unique to the needs of each individual;

  • A full-time Outreach Worker who engages the homeless living on the streets;

  • A full-time Mental Health Clinician;

  • We serve three nutritious meals a day, seven days a week, to shelter
    residents and those people who live in the surrounding community. 

  • Approximately 125 diners a day, eat nutritious, well-balanced meals at our kitchen;

  • We offer on site GED and computer classes.

  • Two part-time nurses and a nurse practitioner that can prescribe medications;

  • A Detox Coordinator who works with our actively substance abusing clients
    providing placement and transportation;

  • Daily on-site AA meetings;

  • A Psychiatrist who comes to the Center one half day a week;

  • A Podiatrist who is at the Center once a month.
