The LTLC is celebrating our 25th anniversary this year. And for 25 years the Greater Lowell Community has provided us with support to help us keep going. This year more than ever we need your help, both financial and volunteer, as the cost to provide our services has increased while our funding has not.

MAKE A FINANCIAL CONTRIBUTION

You can make a secure donation online or mail your donation to the LTLC, sponsor one of our fundraising events, or make arrangements for a memorial gift.

BECOME A DINNER DONOR

Our Dinner Donor program (PDF) is a fun, yet important way to contribute directly to our meals program. 100% of your donation goes directly to feeding individuals who are hungry.

You can participate in this program by sponsoring a meal, or by cooking a meal. When you participate in our Dinner Donor program your name is hung prominently in our dining room as the sponsor for that day’s meal. This is a great way to honor a birthday, celebrate an occasion, or remember a special person since donors choose the date and meal that they wish to support.

There are 2 ways to participate:

1. Contribute to the cost of a meal. A $350.00 donation pays for a sit down dinner for 120 people, or one day’s dinner for our guests. A donation of $200 provides funding for one breakfast or lunch.

2. Gather a group and cook a meal, and deliver it to our kitchen. This is a great way for church groups, groups of friends or employees and even restaurants to share in the experience of giving. We welcome you and your group to stay and serve too, but this is not required. Whether your group donates on a monthly or a one-time basis your gift is important and greatly appreciated

SPONSOR A DRIVE, or DONATE NEEDED ITEMS

Drives and donations are another important way community members show support for our programs and services. Drives provide a simple way for people to make an important contribution to solving homelessness. Every item donated is one we do not have to purchase! We appreciate all contributions, but donations of items that we use everyday, such as paper goods, trash bags, coffee, and cleaning supplies are most appreciated.

VOLUNTEER

LTLC volunteers include individuals and families, church groups, college students, and employees at local businesses and organizations. Our volunteers provide a range of help, such as supplying and serving meals, cataloguing donations, holding drives and fundraisers, and helping with other tasks that are so important to running our organizations.
